Sir, GOW-Federation (affiliated to Arsa Bharati Trust), in association with multiple Voluntary Organizations, is organizing "YAGYA for SDG-2030" (Yog-Ayurved-Govidya-Yag Anusandhan for Sustainable Development Goals-2030) followed by a 2-day "GOW-Sansad" in New Delhi during 20-24 July 2022 - under the ongoing AKAM (Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav) Celebrations.
We wish to bring this to your kind attention that a similar event was organised for 11 days in GSDS & IGNCA premises under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Culture (Govt of India) during 14-24 July 2018. (Detailed program schedule of the 11-day event is attached below. Also a recent e-mail communication related to our upcoming event on GOW-Sansad YAGYA for SDG-2030, which is going to be organised as a follow-up event of this 11-day event, is being forwarded herewith for your kind perusal and necessary instructions to the concerned officials in the Ministry).
In this regard, we request your kind self to provide a suitable venue at IGNCA & GSDS premises (Rajghat, New Delhi) along with necessary financial support under AKAM (Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav) for an effective conducting of the event. We are expecting around 250 delegates from NCR-Delhi and appr 100-150 delegates from 15+ States, besides a few Dignitaries from both Central and the State Governments to be joining our event. So we need Stay and Food arrangements for almost 200 delegates coming from outside for FIVE days i.e., from 20th July to 24th July 2022.
And lastly it is our humble submission to each of you to kindly grace the Inaugural function of this event on 20th July 2022 (5 PM - 7 PM) as the Guest-of-Honor and boost the morale of our team-members.

(योग: कर्मसु कौशलम्) अपील:- कर्मयोग की वैश्विक तकनीक का दर्शन भगवद्गीता द्वारा करें! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ समग्र क्षेत्र में सफलता हेतु कर्मयोग की वैश्विक तकनीक का दर्शन जगद्गुरु एवं महायोगेश्वर श्रीकृष्ण ने भगवद्गीता में विश्व को (अर्जुन को निमित्त बनाकर) आज से 5158-वर्ष पूर्व ही करा दिया था. मानव व्यक्तित्व के समग्र विकास व मानव संसाधन विकास योजना पर उच्च शिक्षण व प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों को गंभीरता से मंथन करना चाहिए. राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा को केन्द्र में रखकर ही योजना बननी चाहिए. क्योंकि असुरक्षित राष्ट्र में कोई भी प्रदेश, समाज, वर्ग, क्षेत्र व परिवार और व्यक्ति कल्याण का बीमा नहीं करा सकता है. यह सनातन सत्य और तथ्य है. इतिहास ही नहीं वर्तमान भी इसका साक्षी है. हमें प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष ऐसा कोई भी काम नहीं करना चाहिए जिससे राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा को प्रत्यक्ष व अप्रत्यक्ष संकट पैदा हो तथा अपराधों में वृद्धि हो. राष्ट्र व समाज का संबंध उसके हर नागरिक से होता है. नागरिक ही समाज और देश का सर्वोच्च संसाधन होता है. इस कारण ही समाज एवं देश के नेतृत्व द्वारा नागरिकों के मानव अधिकारों की स्वीकृति और रक्षा की व्यवस्था हेतु प्रभावी विधि व विधान बनाया जाता है. राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान कुरुक्षेत्र द्वारा 10-13 मार्च तथा 05-10मई, सन्-2022 के कार्यक्रमों की बुनियाद पर हमें गिरते चरित्र, बढ़ते अपराध और घटती सुरक्षा व शांति पर मंथन करना होगा और राष्ट्रीय चरित्र निर्माण अभियान का शंखनाद कुरूक्षेत्र की धर्मभूमि से लोक हितार्थ करना होगा. जय श्री कृष्ण. As Dr Vijay BhatkarJi has suggested, we are most likely to have an initial ONLINE meeting this evening (around 5 PM) to discuss on the possible AREAS of collaboration with NIT-Kurukshetra & other potential Consortium Partners in Haryana, UP & NCR-Delhi. An online Link will be shared with all potential collaborators by 3 PM, after a due consent from the Director of NIT (Dr BV Ramana ReddyJi) & his team-members.
Main topics for discussion, besides other issues to be raised by Dr BhatkarJi and other Dignitaries, will be as follows : 1) Integrating ongoing UBA program with the proposed PanchaKUL & PanchaGAVYA projects 2) Setting up a Super-Computing Unit in NIT-KKR in collaboration with the C-DAC (Pune) for an effective implementation of all Sustainable Development Projects in and around Kurukshetra 3) All-inclusive Development of the Cluster-Villages being taken up by NIT-KKR under its Local Community Outreach Program, on similar lines as Nalanda University is working for an Integrated Development of 130 Village-cluster (around Rajgir Village in Nalanda Dist, Bihar). 4) Plan of Action for an immediate execution of Green-Economy proGram, with all its' FIVE components .. Green SKILLS, Green Healthcare, Green AGRI-BUSINESS, Green PASTURES & Green ENERGY. 5) Setting up of a Model Shri Krishna Heritage Circuit around Kurukshetra (besides connecting this to Mathura, Ujjain, Vidarbha & Dwaraka) mainly on the basis of the Spiritual Dimensions as propounded in the Bhagawad Gita. - And any other TOPICS that the Consortium Partners may suggest.

As you are all aware, GOW-Federation (affiliated to Arsha Bharati Trust) has been working for the last 9+ years in selected GORAS-clusters of NCR-Delhi and Southern India towards building sustainable models of Green-economy (Indigenous Cow-centric sustainable rural economy), besides its propagation activities in 15 States during the past 16+ years of my social service.
Since October last year, MTCS Global Foundation has been functioning as the Consultation Wing of GOW-Federation although we are seeking the Consultation services of Dr Madan ThangaveluJi for more than 14 years with regards to the above mentioned activities.
Recently we are fortunate to receive a proposal from PadmaVibhushan Dr Vijay BhatkarJi (Hon'ble Chancellor of Nalanda University) to integrate the ongoing Cluster program (PanchaKul-Centric Sustainable Clusters Development) with the UBA (Unnat Bharat Abhiyan) program of MoE (GoI), and thru some strategic planning to link them to the ongoing Heritage projects in Kurukshetra to develop the Mahabharata (Sri Krishna) Circuit with a fine touch of Spirituality (based on Bhagawad Gita).
Also Dr BhatkarJi has proposed to set up a SuperComputing Unit at Kurukshetra for the smooth implementation of above project with a technical collaboration from C-DAC (Pune) and through setting up a local Consortium of all possible Institutional partners. And for this he wishes to have an initial round of online discusions with our Director Sir (Dr BV Ramana ReddyJi) and the NIT team members in the evening hours tomorrow.
In this regard, it is my humble request to all potential resource persons from the probable collaborating institutions (to whom this mail is copied) to provide your valuable inputs in this regard and suggest a strategic plan of action for an effective implementation of this proposal. An initial draft of our proposal for building PanchaKul-centric Cluster Development is being attached herewith for your kind perusal and necessary inputs for its refinement.
